Dr. Urukalo’s professional interests include children/pediatric cases, foot surgery, rear foot and ankle surgery, and sports injuries, with a particular interest in running-related injuries. Her personal interests include running, hiking, snow skiing, scuba diving, travel, cooking, and spending time with her dogs, Buddy, Coconut and Luna.
Dr. Urukalo welcomes both adults and children to her practice, and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing foot and ankle ailments, from the most straightforward and easily treatable injuries, to the complex challenges requiring multiple opinions or surgery.
